Ingredients
Cake
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2/3 Cup Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Medium Apples, Peeled, Cored and Diced
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Streusel Topping
- 1/8 Cup Butter, or 30 Grams
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 160 C/325 F (Fan)
- CombineĀ Flour, Baking Powder, and Cinnamon in a bowl
- In a separate Large bowl, Beat Milk, Yogurt, Oil, Sugar and Eggs
- Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients – careful not to overmix
- Pour batter into 9″ springform pan
- Toss Apples with Vanilla and sprinkle on top of Batter
- Prepare the Streusel. Mix softened Butter, Flour and Sugar until crumbly and scatter over apples
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing
